Sprinter Works Studio is a creative production studio based out of Tampa, FL. Lead by Manga artist Allie Malott-DuBrule, the studio is a team of artists dedicated to human created artwork.

Our custom keepsake manga comics are the perfect gift for special occasions like Weddings, Anniversaries, birthdays or other celebrations. While these comics do not have to be romantic in nature, they work perfectly as couple presents or as wedding favors. All comic books come with a beautiful full cover front and back cover, and your choice of traditional B&W manga screen tone or full color.

Process

1. We chat and you share the nature of your project goals.
2. We begin work on your comic, with approvals along the way for each step. Sketch, line and finals.
3. Your comic is complete! The printed comics arrive to you.

Everyone has a story to tell

Sometimes life is sweeter than fiction... We have handled turning some incredible life and couple stories into comics. A chef had us draw how he learned to cook from his grandmother to celebrate the opening of his first restaurant. Wedding ceremonies or proposals turned into beautiful flowery shoujo style manga comics has also been popular over the years.

Want something more than just your real life story? The fun thing about art is that it doesn't always have to be literal. For one our clients, he wanted a comic where his wife was a superhero saving him from a villain. For a mother's 50th birthday, her daughter asked that we turn her mother's life story into an epic fable involving a quest for magical items.

Timeline

Every custom comic book is digitally hand drawn by our team of artists. No generative AI is used in any part of the process, insuring that your comic is handled with the human care it deserves and truly is a unique piece of artwork. 

Expect your custom comic book to take between 8 to 17 weeks depending on length of the comic and current availability. If you have a shorter deadline, contact us for rush options.

8 to 17 weeks includes roughly 3 weeks for printing the physical copies and a week for shipping them to a location in the US. Reach out for shipping time estimates if you are international. 

Printing

5 copies are included no additional charge with any manga booklet commission of 5 or more pages. (Including the cover) If you desire more copies, we order as many as you need and pass through the cost from the printer to you. 

Our studio doesn't handle printing in house, however we have several trusted printers that we work with to ensure high quality finished booklets. We check each comic over thoroughly before shipping them to you, making sure everything will be perfect when the comics arrive to you. We provide a print ready PDF at the end of the project, so that you can have more made whenever you wish.

Payment

Once we provide you with a price quote and you sign off on it, then we accept compensation in two parts. Half for the down payment and half for the remainder after finalization. We offer several options - ACH, Paypal or wire.
