Our client wanted us to design characters based off of Thai mythology mixed with space age / cyberpunk vibes. The designs were used to create an NFT collection - where stacked art layers are randomized to create many unique combinations, minted using Crypto technology to verify the 1 of 1 aspect of the digital art pieces.
There were over 140 traits total including bases, eyes, hair/helmet, mouths and shirts producing 3,333 NFTs for the Dhevas Generation 2nd collection.
Project wrapped up and was minted on December 2nd 2021.

We had several base styles with complex ears and skin designs and all of them were designed to work with all the clothing and facial trait aspects. Below shows a few of our sketches for preliminary outfit designs and base shapes.

The client eventually wanted a potential comic to align with the world building and characters I had created. Here we chose a few of the characters to star in a snow planet battle scene.
